” Showcasing innovation “
Guillaume Schaeffer, Director of ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, was a guest on the Focus Entreprises programme on BFM Business on 6 March
ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS 2024 will take place from 4 to 7 November, but the mobilisation starts now. The show was highlighted in early March with an interview with show director Guillaume Schaeffer on the Focus Entreprises programme on BFM Business.
After recounting the rich history of a show that will be celebrating its 45th edition this year, Guillaume Schaeffer went on to explain the identity and purpose of France’s leading event for the entire packaging ecosystem: “the primary objective of this show is to introduce innovation to the 50,000 professionals who are expected to attend in November”. This role as a conduit for innovation obviously involves the entire packaging value chain, including packaging machinery, processing, printing, labelling, etc.
Time for the 3Rs
Innovation is all the more eagerly awaited by visitors as they are faced with increasingly pressing CSR regulations, as Guillaume Schaeffer was quick to point out in this interview: “The industry at European level will have to deal with the PPWR, the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, which has the same dynamic as the AGEC law in France. In both cases, the aim is to move towards what we call the ‘3Rs’ in the world of packaging: recycling, reuse and reduction of packaging.
What will the exhibitors be offering in each of these areas? Find out from 4 to 7 November at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre…
