On 30 November 2023, Kongsberg PSC unveiled its new digital die cutting machine for the corrugated board industry.

Features of the Kongsberg Ultimate

This machine offers an acceleration rate of 2.74G and a cutting speed of 168 metres per minute. The Kongsberg Ultimate stands out for its precision, thanks to a carbon fibre beam that guarantees significant rigidity and a constant downward force of 50 kg. A camera on the tool head further enhances the precision of each cut. In terms of safety, the machine incorporates the innovative Kongsberg Smartzone system, a proximity-based two-zone system that combines safety and efficiency. Intuitive LED lighting contributes to a safer and more productive working environment.
