Cama Group aims for equality
Exhibiting at ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, the CAMA Group is underlining its commitment to gender equality and the promotion of inclusion within the company.
The CAMA Group has implemented a gender equality management system in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard and has launched a process of internal cultural change within its organisation to achieve and maintain a more equitable gender balance, including in terms of remuneration. This management model aims to guarantee the effectiveness of the requirements defined and implemented over time, by measuring changes in results through the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) taken into account in management system documents.
A multi-faceted commitment
CAMA believes in the value of individuals, ensuring that every employee feels included and can bring the best in terms of skills, experience and commitment. To achieve this, the group adopts human resources development and management strategies capable of promoting and enhancing an inclusive culture that values the uniqueness of individuals and their professional growth whatever their role within the organisation’ comments the Cama group.
