My-O, Omag’s new customer portal

The Italian specialist in packaging machinery and lines has launched a new online portal to make life easier for its customers.

Since last summer, My-O has been the new portal dedicated to Omag customers. This is an entirely cloud-based solution, accessible from the Omag website, where customers can find all the documents relating to their machines (certificates, manuals, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, spare parts lists, etc.) and view these machines in 3D. This latter option makes it particularly easy to request spare parts, which are handled by Omag’s after-sales team, who will then generate an appropriate quotation for the items required.

Improving the customer experience

From their private area, using the username and password provided by Omag, customers can log in to a personalised area, with the company’s official logo.
For both Omag and its customers, the new portal is a real plus. “As our machines become more technologically advanced, a wide range of new high-tech services is growing in parallel. The My-O portal is one of these services: the ability to read and download paperless documentation, watch online videos for personalised maintenance and explore the 3D of our own machines are new ways of working that we want to offer our customers to improve their day-to-day experience,” emphasises Omag’s IT team.
