Created in 1991, CDA continues to diversify its range of screwing machines. The company will be at the ALL4PACK Emballage Paris to present the VS2000, its latest product.

Based in Narbonne, in the Occitanie region of France, the company is currently recruiting nearly 150 people, and is constantly designing new machines that are ever more efficient and practical. From the design of semi-automatic labellers or fillers, to fully automatic 3-in-1 monoblocks, CDA has complete expertise in the field.

Very often integrated into filling machines or complete packaging lines (filling, screwing, labelling), its screwing/capping systems are a guarantee of ease of use, precision and robustness.

The ALL4PACK exhibition is an excellent opportunity to introduce the VS2000, CDA’s latest product, to the many professionals who are looking for solutions for packaging their products.

CDA’s VS2000, ideal for the removal and screwing of closures

The device is used to orientate and place on the containers, and then to screw on the caps. With a full stainless steel frame, the machine is suitable for a wide selection of different closures, ranging from 20 to 75mm in diameter.

The system is also adaptable, and can be modified on request from CDA’s design office to meet the various specifications involved (such as the addition of a spigot head, or a clamp if required).

The VS2000 is not the only highlight of CDA’s stand at the show: the company is also showcasing other innovative devices, such as the K Line S, the E Fill SW, and the Solo, its ultra-compact printing machine.
