That’s why Bekuplast pays particular attention to the quality control of its products.

‘ For quality control of our reusable plastic products, we use a high-performance ZEISS ScanBox. The fully automated 3D measuring machine produces accurate measurement results in record time. Throughout series production, we remove products and carry out measurements with the utmost precision. The complete actual 3D coordinates of our reusable products are automatically compared with the CAD model and our measurement specifications, and test reports are generated directly. Any deviations in the production process can be quickly identified and corrected immediately,’ explains Bekuplast, which recently posted a video online to give a better understanding of how this quality control is carried out in the field.
