What’s new at Jonge Poerink Conveyors
As an exhibitor at ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, Jonge Poerink Conveyors launched an improved conveyor belt material for its Sani series.
A Dutch company specialising in the design and manufacture of innovative conveyor solutions, Jonge Poerink Conveyors has established itself as a leading player in the field of internal transport systems by offering reliable, hygienic and high-performance conveyors tailored to the specific needs of each sector, particularly the food, logistics, pharmaceutical and packaging industries.
The company is particularly well known for its curved and spiral conveyors, which optimise space and ensure a continuous flow of products. Its range includes several series developed to meet the most stringent hygiene and food safety requirements, such as JP Spiral, JP Curve and Sani Series.
It is this latter series, represented by the Sani Curve and Sani Line models, that has just undergone a substantial improvement with the introduction of a new conveyor belt made of Delrin, offering better wear resistance and increased product safety.
Jonge Poerink Conveyors summarises the improvements brought about by this change in conveyor belt in three points:
- Metal detectors and X-rays detect particles and ensure they are identified to prevent food contamination.
- The use of Delrin extends tyre life and reduces maintenance costs.
- This new system meets FDA and European Union food safety standards.
‘This upgrade improves operational efficiency and product safety while remaining fully compatible with existing systems,’ concludes Jonge Poerink Conveyors, whose latest innovations can be seen at the ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS 2026 trade show, from 24 to 26 November at Paris Nord Villepinte.
