Aluflexpack announces its entry into the fold of Constancia Flexibles, the world’s third largest producer of flexible packaging

An exhibitor at ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, the Swiss company Aluflexpack has just announced the acquisition of the majority of its shares by the Austrian company Constantia Flexibles.

Based in Reinach (Aargau), Switzerland, Aluflexpack employs around 1,700 people in nine countries and produces flexible packaging solutions for markets such as coffee, tea, pharmaceuticals, animal feed, confectionery and dairy products.

Constantia Flexibles, for its part, employs more than 11,000 people at 45 sites in 19 countries.
