Domino speeds up label printing
With its new high-speed productivity mode for the N730i digital label press, Domino Printing Sciences (Domino) promises its customers savings and a rapid return on investment.
Exhibiting at ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, Domino announces the launch of a high-speed productivity mode for the N730i digital label press.
This is a truly game-changing new feature, according to Michael Matthews, Global Product Manager – DP Colour at Domino: “This new mode significantly improves the speed and efficiency of the N730i press, enabling our customers to increase their productivity by up to 28%. (…) By reducing the cost per label and enabling printers to increase the number of jobs completed per shift, we are providing a solution that not only meets but exceeds the growing demands of the label printing industry.”
No difference in quality compared to standard mode
With a new maximum print speed of 90 m/min (compared to 70 m/min in standard speed), Domino’s N730i offers printers significant efficiency gains. Domino cites a 28% increase in throughput, a 22% reduction in production lead times and annual ink savings of up to 8%.
‘This makes the N730i a highly cost-effective solution for label printing,’ concludes the manufacturer, who assures that the high-speed print mode delivers high-quality results with no discernible difference from standard mode.
