PAPERplus Classic CX uses slitterless technology to produce crumpled paper that is ‘strong and suitable for all uses’.

Exhibitor at ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, Storopack has just launched a new crumpled paper solution called PAPERplus Classic CX, capable of producing a strong, flexible paper mat that adapts to the shape of products and offers optimum protection, even for heavy products in cartons.

Three speed and crease levels

The other ‘plus’ of the new system is its speed. ‘The high performance of the PAPERplus Classic CX means that crumpled paper can be produced in a matter of seconds at the packing station. Its operation is very simple: users can choose to control the machine via a touch screen or a foot pedal. A selection of modes offers flexibility in terms of production; for example, the crumpled paper can be stored for later use or produced as and when required,’ explains Storopack, presenting its new system, which can be used to wrap and protect products as well as fill empty spaces.
Users can choose from three levels of speed and crumpling.
