NO-NAIL BOXES will be presenting its sustainable packaging solutions at ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS 2024

Specialising in the manufacture of wooden packaging crates, NO-NAIL BOXES has announced that it will be exhibiting at the forthcoming ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS trade fair from 4 to 7 November.

With an annual production of almost 500,000 units, NO-NAIL BOXES specialises in the custom manufacture of plywood folding boxes for industry, presented by the company as “a solid, lightweight, ergonomic, space-saving and customisable packaging solution”.

NO-NAIL BOXES intends to demonstrate the features of its two models, ISIBOX 61 and ISIBOX 66, to visitors to ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS:

• Stacking resistance up to 5 tonnes ;
• Flatbed delivery (saves 90% storage space and reduces transport costs);
• Lightweight (“3x lighter than a traditional wooden crate of the same dimensions”);
• Quick assembly (1 to 3 minutes) by one person;
• Integrated locking system;
• Optimum protection against mechanical and climatic damage;
• Can be customised;
• 5, 6 or 8 mm plywood, reinforced with galvanised steel angles for the walls and lids;
• Recyclability.

For ISIBOX 61 is closed by strapping, nailing or screwing.
For ISIBOX 66, the integrated closure is achieved by bending the steel tabs using a dedicated tool (the KIBOLO).
