Tecma Aries expands its product range and presents its latest innovations including its new AGV corrugator. 

Tecma Aries will be present at the ALL4PACK Emballage Paris exhibition in Villepinte. On stand 5A E117, the company will demonstrate its latest innovations, including the 3-axis corrugator with AVG loading.

This 3-axis corrugator with AGV completes the company’s range of robotic loaders designed to facilitate the daily operation of the end of packaging line: this brand new machine brings a new dimension in terms of flexibility and ergonomics, without losing any of its performance and modularity.

Designed to form cartons up to 1200 mm, the machine reaches a capacity of 3000 cartons/hour, which is a more than decent output.

In addition, it becomes an easy-to-use piece of equipment with fully automated carton size changes and ergonomic loading, which will even be automated in its AGV version. There is no need for personnel, whether to feed the machine or simply to change the format, the AGV takes care of it in complete interaction with the machine and taking into account the needs of the line.
