Exhibitor at ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, Fromm is launching a new series of self-propelled banding robots designed to save time and reduce labour costs.

Fromm is extending the capabilities of its banding range with the launch of its new 2000 Series, featuring a mast-mounted 7-inch touch-screen operator panel (OP) with LED and audible status indicators, an ergonomic steering bar and a robust bumper.

Flexibility of use

Fromm highlights the advantages of the remote control, which enables the film to be positioned against the load using a blower, with automatic film cutting then taking place at the end of each wrapping cycle. ‘Thanks to this function, it is no longer necessary to manually attach the film to the pallet, but simply place the robot against the pallet. No additional machine protection or other mechanisms are required, and the robot can be used anywhere in your company,’ stresses Fromm, which has posted the technical specifications of this new series on its website, along with a video showing the images.
