This new multi-purpose pallet is suitable for a wide range of applications

More robust and with a higher load capacity than the D3-5 pallet, the E3-5 pallet is presented by Craemer as ‘ a complete and versatile solution in the heavy-duty category, for both high-bay storage systems and automated conveyor systems ’.

The new pallet is a four-way multi-purpose pallet with industrial dimensions (1200 x 1000 x 160 mm) and an empty weight of 24.5 kg. ‘ It is 100% recyclable, including its five injection-moulded skids made of high-quality PE. This versatile plastic pallet is also available in a version with three skids (E3) ,’ explains Craemer, which also emphasises the purist functional design of this new product. ‘ The designers at Craemer have deliberately dispensed with additional features such as Palgrip® anti-slip elements on the top plate or welded anti-slip soles, as these are not necessary for certain applications. Instead, the E3-5‘s raw design stands out with powerful features: thanks to its very thick walls and extremely robust design, it is very stable and safe, impact-resistant and has a high load-bearing capacity (…) The heavily ribbed design of the base plates guarantees extremely high robustness and strength, and therefore a long service life,’ explains Craemer.

Thanks to its six metal profiles (four lengthways and two widthways), the E3-5 pallet has a high load capacity of 1,400 kilograms in overhead storage. Thanks to the two cross-sections, it is extremely stable and robust on the short sides. The visible steel profiles, which are not fully integrated into the top deck, ensure a very high level of resistance to bending.
