The leading international exhibition for sustainable packaging and intralogistics solutions has reinvented itself with a new positioning, signature, location and programme

The changes are designed to help the industry’s players face current and future challenges by decoding regulations and highlighting the most responsible innovations

The packaging industry, faced with numerous growing challenges like the depletion of non-renewable resources, limited recyclability and greenhouse gas emissions, is looking to reinvent itself and ALL4PACK is here to help.

This year, the leading international exhibition, at Paris Nord Villepinte, from 21 to 24 November 2022, is making a number of changes to support its exhibitors and visitors overcome these challenges and make the transition towards more sustainable innovative solutions.

A new ecosystem of support

For starters, it has established a Pack Expert Committee, composed of professionals from some of the largest and most important international brands, including Champagne Piper-Heidsieck, Coca Cola, Citeo, Decathlon, Groupe Bel, Léa Nature, L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble. The four day exhibition also draws on the support and expertise of numerous partners, both historic and more recent, such as the Conseil National de L’Emballage, Geppia, SECIMEP, Pôle Emballage Bois, Elipso, NVC…

A new positioning with visitors’ seal of approval

ALL4PACK has also positioned itself as a generalist international exhibition, with a comprehensive offering of packaging, processing, printing and intralogistics for all industries. This new positioning has been well-received by attendees, with 1,300 exhibitors expected at this year’s event, around 50% of whom will be visiting from outside France. In fact, 86% of the available booth space has already been booked up and many of the leading firms have confirmed their attendance, including Atlanta Stretch, AUER, BFR Systems, Domino, Filpack, Fromm, G.Mondini, Getra, Goglio, Ishida, Krones, Marchesini, Markem-Imaje, Mom, Newtec Bag Palletizing, Robopac, SEW, Shoeller Allibert, Sidel, Soncini, Tosa, ULMA and UNISTA.

A new location for a smoother visit

Another new development is that the 2022 edition of ALL4PACK Emballage Paris, which is expected to attract some 66,000 visitors, including 35% from abroad, will be held in halls 4 and 5A of Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. The new location features two adjoining exhibition halls, allowing for a better distribution of the show’s various sectors: Packaging and containers for all markets/Raw materials, consumables – Multi-industry process and packing machines / Marking, coding – Handling/secondary and tertiary packaging and shipping machines – Printing, packaging, converting, labels. The more compact setup will also make for a smoother visit and spread footfall more evenly thanks to special feature zones, situated in each area.

Rich content to decode tomorrow’s trends and innovation

The event will focus on solutions for the future and innovation, offering rich content and an array of special features and highlights to help companies in all sectors navigate these challenging times.
The Objective Zero Impact forum, a unique hybrid event which aspires to become a platform for exchange and think tank, will bring together drivers of sustainable change. It will invite startups to present innovative and agile solutions for packaging and maintenance, new materials, reusable and connected containers, robot programming tool and much more.
The ALL4PACK Innovations area will be hosting the 2022 Innovation Awards, a competition which showcases inspiring, forward-looking and creative products, and allows visitors to discover the latest innovations in each of the represented sectors. In 2018, more than 300 products were submitted, with 46 innovations being selected by members of the jury, composed of specialists in packaging and intralogistics, including journalists, experts and designers. Entries for the 2022 Innovation Awards will open in early May. The ALL4PACK Innovations area will also present winners of other competitions such as the L’Oscar de l’Emballage, SIAL Innovation, De Gouden Noot, Emballé 5.0, to name a few.
The ALL4PACK Live Content area will deliver a rich and comprehensive programme of talks and round table debates over the four days, addressing major environmental, technological and societal issues and looking at the new habits of both French and international consumers. These lectures and discussions will give attendees an opportunity to better understand, analyse and decipher trends, future solutions, regulations and new standards. All talks will be free of charge, open to everyone and translated live in French and English.
